At ArabicTree Learning, we are committed to providing high-quality education in Qur’anic Arabic at a highly affordable cost. Due to the structure and pricing of our courses, we do not offer any refunds under any circumstances.

1. No Refund Policy

All course fees paid to ArabicTree Learning are non-refundable, regardless of:

• Whether the student attends the class or not

• Withdrawal or cancellation after registration

• Schedule conflicts or personal reasons

• Technical issues on the user’s end (e.g., internet problems, device issues)

This policy applies to all of our live classes, including both Urdu and English medium courses.

2. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Our fee structure has been carefully designed to be accessible to all learners. Each course is priced significantly lower than standard market rates for live instruction. As a result:

• All resources are allocated in advance for confirmed students

• Seats are limited and reserved once payment is made

• Instructors are scheduled based on confirmed enrollments

Given these constraints, we are unable to accommodate refunds or transfer requests once a seat has been confirmed.

3. Course Responsibility

Upon registration, it is the learner’s responsibility to:

• Review course details and schedules carefully before enrolling

• Ensure that they can attend live sessions via Zoom

• Participate actively and stay connected through WhatsApp for updates

We are here to support you throughout your journey, but commitment and consistency are essential for success.
